Refund policy

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any used product. Products must be unused to be returned.

To be eligible for a return:

  • 14 days or less since receiving your order
  • All items are unused and in original packaging
  • Clear sticker(s) on box(es) still intact

We do not offer returns for refunds, but, if you meet the criteria above, you may return your item(s) for exchange or in-store credit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping for the return is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Product

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email support@willowbyglow.com with photos, and our amazing customer service team will get you taken care of!
